Designed in the tradition of Atlanta's premier older neighborhoods, The Arbors at Lenox Park has a commanding sense of place enriched by the memories and warmth of days gone by.

In the mid 1930’s, the site where the Arbors now stands was suburban and developed as the home of The Standard Club, Atlanta’s Jewish country club. Fifty years later, Technology Park/Atlanta acquired the club land and developed Lenox Park, a unique, mixed-use community on 165 wooded acres. Today, Lenox Park blends prestigious residential and business facilities in a tranquil, park-like setting designed to promote a higher quality of life for those who live and work here. The office buildings are now all under long-term lease to AT&T for use by its marketing and technical professionals.

Lenox Park's on-site amenities include a
22 acre park with lakes, fountains, landscaped grounds, and two excellent trails for walking or jogging. There is also a shuttle service to nearby shopping and MARTA, a deli restaurant, and a fitness center.

Across the street from the park, The Arbors’ charm is enhanced by mature hardwoods and flowering trees, annuals, a cobblestone entranceway and street, and herringbone-patterned pavers on driveways and sidewalks.

Architecturally, the Arbor’s spacious homes are 1 1/2- or 2-story, many with terraces, and most with front porches, covered balconies and porte-cocheres. The exteriors are of brick and hard stucco, highlighted by cedar shingles and copper trim.
Mostly built in the late 1990’s, the homes are sized from 3800 square feet and priced from the $700,000s.

The interiors feature a master retreat on the main floor with sitting room and spa bath, vaulted foyers and living rooms, 10-foot ceilings on main levels, creative, spacious, open floor plans, inlaid hardwood floors, elegant stairways, plus exceptional molding, wainscoting and decorative trim.

Maintenance is as carefree as high-rise living. The community association maintains the well-landscaped front and back yards, sprinkler systems, common areas, parks and a water feature. Only annuals are the responsibility of residents.

Nestled behind an entrance guard house and a brick and wrought iron gate, security features of The Arbor’s homes include high-tech security systems, privacy deadbolts, halogen outdoor lighting, and the 24-hour security service serving the entire Lenox Park community.

For schools, the neighborhood is served by DeKalb County’s Woodward Elementary, Sequoyah Middle, and Cross Keys High.

Excellent private schools in the area include:
Atlanta International, Cliff Valley, Galloway, Greenfield Hebrew, Heiskell, Holy Innocents' Episcopal, Lovett, Marist, Mt. Vernon Presbyterian, Pace, Paideia, St. Martin's Episcopal, St. Pius Catholic, Schenck, and Westminster.

For colleges, the Arbors is very convenient to Oglethorpe and Emory Universities as well as Georgia Tech.

Arbor Trace, the only street in the Arbors, lies just to the north of Lenox Park Boulevard, between North Druid Hills and Roxboro Roads. In the prestigious North Buckhead/Brookhaven community, residents enjoy low DeKalb County, and no Atlanta city, taxes.

Only minutes away are Lenox SquarePhipps Plaza, exclusive shops, fine restaurants, art galleries, theaters, and the North Buckhead business center. This strategic location also provides easy access to GA-400, I-85, I-285, the downtown and Perimeter Center business districts, and Hartsfield-Jackson International and Peachtree-DeKalb Airports.

There are three MARTA rail stations nearby (Brookhaven, Lenox, and Buckhead) for easy commutes downtown or out to the airport. The free BUC shuttle service picks up acropss the street from the Arbors and can whisk you in less than five minutes to Lenox Square and MARTA.
